Below are links to YouTube videos that we play at Hop, Skip & Jump to wind down for Rest Time. We play these “Guided Relaxation Stories” as the children lay comfortably on their cots. If your children participate in our rest time in the afternoon they are familiar with these (and likely have a favorite!)
